Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PlayerPlan (player-plan.com), operated by MJ Perform. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: mario@player-plan.com.

The service

PlayerPlan is software for strength and conditioning coaches to build sessions and programs, share them with players via a link, and monitor training and wellness. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or a substitute for a licensed clinician. You remain responsible for every program you prescribe.

Accounts and trial

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login safe. The 30-day trial is for evaluating the product. Player limits and Pro-only features are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. We may suspend accounts that abuse the trial, scrape the service, or compromise player data.

Players and share links

You represent that you have a legitimate coaching relationship with each player you add, and that you have the right to store their information (including from a parent or guardian if the player is a minor). Treat share links as access credentials — anyone with the link can open that player's training. Regenerate a link immediately if it is forwarded too widely.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by EU consumer law. Price changes apply from the next renewal after we notify you.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the product, overload the API, upload malware, or use PlayerPlan to send spam. Do not enter other people's data you are not authorised to hold. We may remove content that clearly violates these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

We own PlayerPlan — the software, design, exercise library, and knowledge base. You own the programs, notes, and player records you create. You grant us a limited licence to host that content so the product can function (including backups and generating AI responses you request).

Availability and liability

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. To the extent permitted by law, PlayerPlan is provided as-is, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where that limit would be unlawful.

Termination

You can delete your account in Settings. We can terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms. After deletion, we handle remaining data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
